Our honey is analysed in Accredited Apicultural Products Laboratory, Quality Certificate Centre, which is affiliated to Apicultural Research Institute and its conformity with Turkish Food Codex/Notice of Honey is checked.
Our honey is registered in BALMER Premises as the first honeydew honey to meet all the criteria and filled up in jars without being pasteurised.
BALMER is a Common Use Premises established within the scope of Project “Arım Balım Peteğim” conducted under “Competitive Sectors Programme”; implemented by Ministry of Industry and Technology; supported by cooperation of Republic of Turkey and the European Union.
Our honey undergoes 400 different tests in total, 14 of which are fundamental analyses, and they are filled up in jars quite hygienically, untouched by human hands in BALMER premises in its most valuable and purest condition that bees collect from the nature, containing no residue/pesticide or additives.
